Additional Information   John Lemon enlised in 1914. Prior to the war he worked in the shipyard, he was a prisoner of war in Berlin and the family story tells of a cherised photo carried by him in his pocket and brought back battle damaged and with blood stains on it. He did survive the war and died in 1945.
